Organizations must create an account to use the service.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining account security
• Managing user access within your organization
• Ensuring uploaded data is accurate and lawful

You agree not to use TeamTreat to:

• Upload unlawful data
• Attempt to disrupt the platform
• Access accounts without authorization
• Violate applicable laws

Organizations retain ownership of data uploaded to the platform.

TeamTreat processes this data only to provide the service.

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

We may update or modify the service from time to time.

During early platform stages, access to the service may be provided without subscription fees unless otherwise agreed.

Future pricing models may be introduced.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or present security risks.

Organizations may stop using the service at any time.

TeamTreat is provided "as is".

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
